This modern power factor correction system has ability to correct power factor in real time. The system incorporates high end microcomputer based measuring and computation circuits. It has high speed response and advanced computing software which can achieve complex and analytical computations on the current and voltage waveform, within a span of 1 to 2 cycles of AC waveform and connect the required capacitor groups to the network.
